Deniece Callaway and John Crespo I visited BMW South for a tire and maintenance. The service was good and rendered in a timely manner. While waiting, I met Deniece Callaway and John Crespo. They were excellent and very thorough in their efforts to get me into a new car. I commend them on their efforts!! Wonderful customer service.

Great Customer Service I scheduled my appt for 1pm and was out by 3:30pm. That was great! If they find anything extra wrong they let you know and give you the option to fix at that time with the price. Mr. Lawrence Heard is very friendly and helpful.
