Great Customer Service I scheduled my appt for 1pm and was out by 3:30pm. That was great! If they find anything extra wrong they let you know and give you the option to fix at that time with the price. Mr. Lawrence Heard is very friendly and helpful.
The parts department is fantastic, I ordered parts for my 330I Tuesday afternoon and it was on my doorstep when I got home today.

This was one of the best service experiences I have had. We were contacted right away when they determined the repairs to be made and we were able to accept or decline them. They had my car in and out in a timely manner.
