Everyone is always professional and very welcoming when coming into the BMW South Atlanta location. I really enjoyed the customer service that was provided for me from Salesperson Mr. Vince George and Manager Ken Wilson. These two men have shown great leadership and I feel they are a great asset to the BMW family.
I had my first experience with the service department this week. From the gentleman who opened the overhead door and greeted me, to the service writer, to the ladies at the reception desk, everyone was cheerful, warm and welcoming. Work was performed under warranty in the time quoted, I received a call as promised, and the car was ready and freshly washed. Thank you!
