My husband and I are in the process of spiffing up my 2000 Z3. We were told by our local BMW dealer that the chrome lift aid for the boot lid is unavailable anywhere in the country. A quick internet search lead me to BMW of South Atlanta. Their online ordering is easy. Their follow up emails were excellent. And, I received the part in a timely manner. I bought parts for my 2003 530i. This is the third time I have bought parts. Even though I make the purchases on line, I have had to call to verify that the parts I was about to purchase was that correct one. The parts personnel are great to work with.
