Good Dealership Bought a new 2018 BMW M3 online from Global Imports BMW. Had some hiccups getting some documents on time but overall things went fairly smooth. Communication was good. Car was delivered pretty quickly.

Routine Service I went for a routine service, the agent assigned was really good, explained what would be done, covered all required and if there were any questions or requests to be placed for service. Assisting with shuttle for drop & pick up. He was Polite, crisp & to the point. Thank you Eric ! Note: Schedule an appointment before going, walk-in experience has not been that good.

It was a great experience. I had an appointment for an oil change and my experience was great. I was in and out under the time frame they gave me. My service advisor went above and beyond by finding a lost item that fell under the backseat. Always great service. Thank you Global!

BMW fan The original sales person that helped us was not knowledgeable at all and didn't follow through with his promises. Luckily, we got a new guy and he was great. The business manager over the financial contract was superb! Very pleased with the service from Eric and Damian.

Zac is great! Zac is wonderful and a pleasure to work with. He was professional, did not push anything on us that we didn't want, and was very easy to communicate with. He followed up after our initial visit, and we walked away with a wonderful new X3! It was a fantastic experience and we will be going back to him with all of our driving machine needs.
