Great Deal - Great Service! We found a 2017 X3 and a very good price and Travis Robinson did a great job of being my "eyes" on the ground since we live in St. Louis. He walked around the X3 and described, in detail, every piece that I asked him to check. He was VERY precise and helpful and "sold me" on it over the phone. We left early from STL and it took about 9 hours with our trade-in in hand and the entire process took about 4 hours to complete. Purchased 2013 328i Justin Oliver, our client adviser, was outstanding to work with. He was very accommodating in every way. Our certified pre-owned care looked gorgeous when we took delivery. It was an excellent experience. And let's not forget the excellent cafe. Great value for the money.

A little disappointed... My salesman was extremely polite and for the most part great to work with. They didn't have the car that I wanted on the lot, but they found one for me nearby. First I was quoted an amount higher than what was listed online (issue number 1). Then after we somewhat agreed on price they told me it should be 3-5 days to get the car to Atlanta which also wasn't the case (issue 2), then I had to contact them to find out the delay which was now even more delayed due to a service issue (issue 3). Found the perfect 330xi My son was looking for a 2006 330xi with manual transmission for a good price, found one at Global BWW loaded with options, clear car fax and well kept and maintained, it was worth it to fly there and drive back to Colorado. Excellent people at Global BMW! Ray was very enthusiastic and helpful over emails, text and phone calls, once we arrived to test drive the car it was more than we expected, very happy with our purchase!
