Outstanding BMW dealership I bought a new car from this dealership. GREAT price, everyone is both friendly and professional. My only problem with the purchase process is that it seemed quite slow; waiting for paperwork or approval. I was there on a quiet day, and it was time-consuming. I imagine that a busy weekend day could be close to an all-day affair. My 6th BMW! Lovin it!!! My husband and I were married in May of 2014 and we did not need 3 cars. Because his was still in a lease, I reluctantly gave up my 2010 hard top convertible 328. Great car buying experience! This was the second time I bought a CPO vehicle from Global Imports. Both times I received excellent service and was kept up to date along the buying process. I will definitely recommend this dealership to others. I also would like to highlight that Matt Whittenberg was very pleasant to work with.
My 1st used car purchase I completed the car shopping online. I work an awful lot and could not spend much time at the dealership. Matt, the sales guy, worked with me through out the process completing preliminary paper work and arranging a time so that I could leave work for a couple of hours and return to work once finished. Futuristic! Totally Amazing. Went to have service and recalls done on my 2011 BMW 335i. The procedure lasted longer than they were open so rather than keeping the car overnight they had a technician stay after hours to help me so that I could get back on the road considering I live out of state. Could not believe how friendly the people were. They were all very cooperative I forgot my insurance card for the loaner car. Great experience buying a used car! I bought a used 2007 Mercedes Benz car. The sales person (Lambro) was excellent and helped me through the entire process. He was very professional, knew his stuff, and showed genuine concern for me. I recommend Global BMW to prospective buyers of used cars.
