Good Experience My experience with Global imports was excellent! From the initial email communication to the final sale and vehicle pick-up was absolutely painless. Global BMW - Delivers service Credit to Andrew (Svc Rep) - but - a reoccurring issue with my X1 BMW of the sound system/other items shutting off in the "stop mode." This was analyzed/resolved through two quick visits. I appreciated their flexibility to schedule appointments - and - the setting (while you wait) noting the new upstairs customer reception area can't be beat as a "mini' away from home office setting to accomplish work related matters too. Great Service I like the car but i just have to drive it for a while to see if everything is good with it. I like the buying process and also the kindly welcome although they couldn't have done better with explaining the gadget that comes with the car before the purchase. I normally don't finance cars but they made it fast and effortless.
Satisfied and happy X3 owner! This is my 3rd BMW that I have owned and bought from Global, but it is my first X3...and I love it!
