Service Dept Fail I have been a customer of Global BMW for the last 10 years. The service the last few visits has been horrible. After the last visit I paid for the $4000 repair and immediately came home and sold the car. Not because it wasn't a great car. It was. But I decided there was no way I was going to go back for service at that dealership and there wasn't another BMW dealership around. The GM didn't return my call until I actually placed a call to BMW corporate....so many things went wrong from lack of communication... read more

Registration/ Title paper work Recently Purchased Audi Q7 in May 2022. I financed through my own bank, which entitles my bank as lien holder on title, till this day I still have temporary plates. I called plenty of times and they just keeping sending me new temporary plates when old ones expire. Last call I had they say the odo meter was wrong on last trade Now my bank is seeking my car or title in 30 days. Any legal Advice please inform me.
