Tom D Salesman Derrick was very professional and personable. Made the experience much better than normal car buying. Finance manager Jay was also a very knowledgable and personable guy. Made all things great. The only issue was the wait time to get to the Fianace manager since there were other customers ahead of me.
Deceptive Business Practices Extremely deceptive lease practices. Advertises lease specials on their website that they have no intention of honoring, despite them having plenty of in-stock vehicles that qualify for the offer. If you expect to take advantage of any of BMW’s corporate lease offers here, think again.

Go Somewhere Else Avoid service at this location and go ANYWHERE else. Save yourself time and money. They’ll charge you for services you didn’t ask for and the service manager is incompetent and rude.

2021 X5 M50i Purchase What a refreshing buying experience! I worked with Dalya and the manager Jean. Both were such a pleasure to work with to get the deal done. They were solely focused on making sure I was satisfied with the process even if that meant we could not do a deal. Thankfully, it all worked out and I left with my new X5.
