"Professional, thorough, well prepared and easy to deal with" I dealt with Steve Lerner. After explaining the various options I decided to purchase my leased BMW. I also needed service. "Fantastic Service from the moment I arrived!" From the moment I arrived I felt like I was in good hands. The service I received far exceeded my expectations and almost everyone I worked with along the way was super professional and interested in making an actual sale. "Exceptional Service" The service at Richmond BMW is exceptional. Jawanza(Dale) Bynum exceeded my expectations. I visited the Richmond BMW Broad Street location because I wanted to upgrade my current car. Dale was patient, friendly, and made the process worth while. The GM James Williams also provided top notch service. I couldn't ask for a better team.

I called before my visit inquiring about the car and I spoke to a few associates who were able to help me and answer all of my questions. "Flexible and friendly" My wife and I visited Richmond BMW because they had a used 2017 RAV4 that we were interested in. The salesman we interacted with was Steve Lerner and he was very friendly, polite, cooperative and forthcoming. He wasn't pushy at all and let us test drive the vehicle and did not pressure us to buy.
