We purchased our honda pilot with new motors and the service was top notch. Our sales man was helpful in answering all of our questions and was very personable with us. A few days after our purchase, we experienced a few problems with the vehicle and took it to the local honda dealership, in hopes of having the warranty cover the costs. There was an issue with getting the warranty company to pay so we called back to new motors. I bought my new Subaru Forester in early October to replace an eleven year old Forester, also bought at New Motors. I was delighted with the former purchase and am equally delighted with the newer upgrade. Experience at this dealership has been excellent; the sales and finance people were very helpful. It couldn't have been a better car buying experience.
Shane Harney was the salesperson who assisted me in purchasing my 4th Subaru from New Motors. I ultimately decided on a 2016 Subaru WRX Premium. Shane did an amazing job and I am very satisfied with the professional nature that New Motors has always provided. From the minute we encountered Damien out in the parking lot he was working for us. He is honest, above all, and hard-working. He gave us several pointers which helped us out and kept us posted on the arrival of our new car. His friendliness eased the way as did the friendliness of everyone we came in contact with. This is a great dealership!
I have purchased from this dealership before and frankly, found it to be pretty xxxxxx. My experience this past weekend erased all my "bad" memories and created new "good" memories. Steve was earnest in his efforts to make my experience positive. He made me feel that he worked to get me the best deal possible. I would definitely purchase another car from New Motors...but with this new Forester, I think it's going to be a while.
