I made my first "big" car purchase in October and was not pleased with my decision. I was constantly getting repairs done to my vehicle. Every time I was there, the service staff was nothing but friendly and helpful. After a few too many repairs, I went back and asked about my options. After my transmission dropped out of my van I was devastated. I went there with the hopes of finding anything that I could afford. The employees of this dealership went above and beyond in doing everything they could to get me into a vehicle. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
This is the second Outback that we have purchased from Kyle Recently. We are pleased with the automobile, and the sales people. Kyle did a good job helping me. The Outback is everything that Kyle said that it would be. I picked it up in a snowstorm and am pleased at how it works in the snow.

I went to New Motors to look at Subaru Foresters. It had been over 10 years since I'd bought a new car and I was a little nervous about going through the process again. I was wanting a Subaru Crosstrek, Mazda CX-5, or Nissan Juke. There were a few other dealerships I started at within Erie and Meadville that attempted to play games as opposed to actually help. The whole "well we can't talk price because there are a bunch of other people interested, you better hurry" game.
