Just purchased a used 2010 Volkswagen Jetta Limited from Darren L. at New Motors - and couldn't be more satisfied. The car is great, they did a fantastic job detailing the car (it had only been on the lot for a few days) and I didn't feel like I was being yanked through the gauntlet of a typical pushy sales system that I've seen at other dealerships. Would happily recommend to anyone, and will definitely be back for future vehicle purchases.
Overall we had a great experience at New Motors. Tony Confer was especially helpful throughout the whole process of buying our 2015 Subaru Outback. He was very knowledgable and easy to contact via email. Nicole in finance was great as well. She made the finance process quick and painless.

My son, Tyler, and I were there yesterday to charge my Tesla. I wanted to thank both Darren and the shuttle driver. They went out of their way to help me get to Pittsburgh and keep my son entertained! In reality, they were the ONLY reason that we managed to get to the Steelers game before kickoff!!! Thanks again!
Steve is very nice to work with. He is newer and learning product but willing to admit/ seek out info. We had a delay getting to finance but he didn't dump us in a chair, sticking with us until everything got done. Finance was very good at her job too and very sincere. Both displayed respect for the product and customers.
Steve Dillon was amazing! He was very friendly and very thorough, without the typical sales pitch. There was no pressure to buy a vehicle. When we decided to buy a new Forester, he took the time to find the color we wanted. When we picked it up, he spent 3 hours of his time, going over all the controls. He is not a young hot shot-he takes his time to make sure that all is right. The price was very fair to boot!
