I came in to get a Volkswagen Jetta with one hour left before they closed. Steve Quinn from the BMW side was asked to help me. Even though Steve is a BMW professional, he was instrumental in helping us purchase a VW Beetle convertible for my wife. Steve was patient, calm and professional in helping us with the search, test drive and purchase. Typically, a new car purchase can be aggravating and stressful; I can attest that our experience was just the opposite.
