New Motors, and Shane Harney, specifically are simply put-amazing and always go the extra mile to ensure you get what you want and are satisfied. This was my 5th Subaru, in 12 years from New Motors and Shane. Great Job!
With numerous vehicles purchased from New Motors I am confident in their courteous and very helpful staff, the vehicles that they sell, and continued customer support. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating relates to sales. I am, and have always been a researched, and informed buyer. Love New Motors. I have purchased two vehicles one BMW and Volkswagen and received excellent service both times. The sales, maintenance and customer service staff are wonderful. I would highly recommend New Motors. I dealt specifically with Eric White and he is great.
The sales person, Adam, was one of the best I encountered. Very polite, profetional and friendly. He answered all the questions we had at the time very patiently. SO much so that I brought my son too and he also purchased a Subaru with Adams help. Most likely we will return next year with my other son for another Subaru. Very satisfied with the service he provided.
First time buyer but the experience was overall great. I brought my father with me to help read all the fine print and he said it was the easiest most pleasant car buying experience he ever had. I felt like my salesman had my back and was actively trying to save me time and money.

New Motors is a very friendly and honest dealership.
