Car arrived a month earlier than expected and entire process was easy from beginning to end!
Excellent sales service and followup. Only complaint was with the owner who gave a low ball price for my trade in. Other than that, it was the best service I ever received from any dealership, Steve was very knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. Very trustworthy. We also had excellent followup training with all the technical questions we had and good job to the financial office for finding us the lowest price to finance. My family has used New Motors last few years. My parents bought their first Subaru in 2012. When mom was ready for a trade in, the dealership gave her a good trade in value for the Forrester. My son bought his first new car and I bought my first new car from New Motors. It was a good, almost painless experience. I would buy another from them some day.
