While at the dealership I dealt with two guys. John set the tone from the very beginning of my visit and that tone was "I am your advocate." I understood that he clearly works for New Motors but was there to help me was the best buying experience possible and I am not an easy customer to deal with trust me. From working with the salesman(Tony Confer) to the manager to the finance person, my wife and I can't believe how low-stress and pleasant this entire experience has been.
