Went to check out the forrrester. Tony came right out and greeted us. Answered questions honestly and asked how to earn our business. Loved the hassle free no back and forth business. He was friendly and efficient. Even the manager greeted us and thanked us for our business. Financial dept was quick and straight forward. No hidden fees no messing around. We couldn't be happier with our purchase or our experience. I would highly reccomend Tony to anyone looking for a vehicle.
I just bought a 2016 4 Series convertible—the third BMW I've purchased from New Motors. I was very satisfied with the deal in terms of price and the ease in reaching it with John Gwin. In an unrelated note, Mark Tinsman in the service department is a great guy to work with.
They were very helpful to make sure you got the vehicle that I wanted. They were polite and didn't tell you any bs about why you shouldn't get this vehicle and why you should get the other vehicle that I didn't want.made sure that everything was working before I took it.I would recommend Mindy Beckwith to anyone that would like politeness,respect, and get the vehicle that you want.
We looked around a good amount of time researching trying to figure out the best vehicle for safety and reliability and ended up with Subaru Forester. My wife and I stopped in New motors to get pricing, I had e-mailed a few other dealers around so I knew ballpark figure we wanted to pay. I had a very enjoyable experience. I was not pressured and my sales rep. was very knowledgable on all of the functions of the car, and the paperwork involved.
When I decided that I needed to "retire" my dependable, beloved car after 22 years, I did a lot of research and decided that I want a Subaru Crosstrek. I was a bit nervous of getting a hard sales pitch, and the salesperson wanting to sell me something that I did not want. I need not have worried. Everyone at New Motors was great.
