Great customer service Great customer service. However, over a 3 hour wait time to get my car's oil change with appointment.

Robert Galimba Everything was good and special thanks the my service advisor John Lund The only issue that have was the shuttle pickup. there was no avail driver to pick me up at the car rental and this was only 3pm.
