BMW maintenance Pleasant, got a loaner, right on time. The one thing I'd recommend is to keep clean while doing the work, there were a few dark smudges on upholstery/armrest I had to wipe afterwards.
Abrue 5 star service. I came in with no appointment due to an unexpected condition while accelerating. Not only was I seen and acknowledged immediately. I even was able to get into a loaner car.
