Excellent buying experience I wanted a 328i after researching the best luxury model for my budget. My sales guy Goson was tenacious in finding me exactly what I wanted. We corresponded via email until they had the right vehicle in stock. I got notice a few days later, test drove the beauty and the finance team worked to put together a deal that was best for me. I had written down my best-case scenario purchase and they had met all of my retirements.
Bought a 328i Sharif, the sales agent, was awesome. Explained everything, took us for a test drive and then no pressure into buying the car. Sharif's manager was very helpful to satisfy our requests. And then, The finance guy, was great to work with. The process went super smooth.
Great personal attention. My salesman Wahid was awesome. The purchasing experience was great. Unfortunately we had some hiccups with protection package application. When we got home we noticed chips on the hood that we will have to get fixed. If we lived closer we would have just left it to have it fixed, but it was not convenient so we will have to schedule the repair on our own. Overall great experience with the purchase!
Gosin-Sales & Aaron-service advisor are fantastic! I went in looking for a diesel vehicle and they were more than helpful. Very attentive, courteous, patient and helpful. Gosin was very kind and helped us with our sales. Aaron, the service advisor has been a great help too.
