Attentive, fast executive on my custom order I custom ordered a 2015 X5 and expected a > 2 month delivery. Instead, I got my car in 1 month! Sales people are responsive and very easy to reach. They seem to be always in the store ready for you no matter which day and time. Managers are very helpful to answer technical questions. Thumps up!
Bought an i3 from BMW of Fremont It was great working working with Chris and Patrick to purchase an i3. They made it very easy, spent a lot of time explaining the features as well as the details of the process and the options we have. I would definitely reccomend them to anyone buying a BMW
Very friendly and low pressure sale. Vi Quach and Rey Santos assisted me in purchasing my first new car. They were very kind, respectful, and understood that I had somewhat of a budget. This was a very low pressure sale. Besides the 4 month wait for my vehicle to be built, which was cause of low production by BMW themselves and not the fault of the dealership. Commendable Customer Service We were looking into leasing an electric vehicle for use in daily commute. Aside from the BMW i3, we looked at the Mercedes B-Class Electric and the Nissan Leaf. Of the 3 options we were considering, the best lease deal offered to us was for the BMW i3.
