BMW of Fremont Mr. Quach(Vi) approached me right away as soon as I came in for my appointment. we started discussing the car I wanted and offeredd me the colors and style. he even allowed me to test drive the car and describe the details of the car from top to bottom. we then sat down and discussed my financial plan for the car. 1st time BMW PURCHASE Walked on to the lot looking for a car for my mother-in-law. Ended up purchasing a 335i- turned into a very good day
Great service, straightforward process I leased a 335i with Calvin Gilyana. He was very helpful and offered cars from several different dealers, if they wouldn't have something I want. I ended up getting something from their own lot. I was treated with cordiality and respect by all the staff. I had visited the dealership two weeks before during my research and they were not pushy to get me on a car on that same day, a common thing in that industry.
