"Once the service was done, there was an issue with the..." Once the service was done, there was an issue with the rear brakes, the service adviser immediately got me another loaner, and within a few hours that issue was resolved. Great customer service, I always bring my BMW's to only this dealer!

Unfortunately, my vehicle's service experience had several hiccups resulting in my vehicle being at Rallye three times.
