"Could not have been more satisfied with the care I..." Could not have been more satisfied with the care I received. After dropping off my brand new vehicle in an emergency after business hours, they reached out and assured me that they would quickly assess the situation. They did. The malfunction was terrifying and unfortunate, but Ralley did everything to rectify the situation and reassure me. Professional. Knowledgeable. Courteous. Thorough.

"Purchasing a car by telephone from David Huang at Rallye..." Purchasing a car by telephone from David Huang at Rallye was easy. David was able to answer all my questions and make useful suggestions with regard to options. This X5 is the 5th BMW we purchased from Rallye and our 8th BMW. The price was competitive and the service is always excellent.

"2 days after i took home the certified pre owned X5, I..." 2 days after i took home the certified pre owned X5, I had a problem with the driver's lock. I was upset but they took care of it right away. I called Joe Cavero who connected us with the service dept who took care of the issue.

"Very cordial as soon as I arrived and attentive to my..." Very cordial as soon as I arrived and attentive to my vehicle’s needs in regards to my brakes needing to be changed soon. I just request to call me again if they cannot find me at the waiting area once my car is done. The last time I went into the waiting area 5 minutes after I received the call and waited 10 minutes until the receptionist noticed me. Overall good service, thank you.
