He took his time to understand our entire car / vehicle needs and then worked with us to figure out what worked best for us. Additionally, Joe was very professional, knowledgeable and managed the process from start to finish which helped to make the whole process great for us as we ended up leasing 2 new vehicles (needed to be factory built) and traded in an older bmw model.
