It took over 8+ hours (I think that was too long given what was being done), and then when I was asked to come get it, it took another 45 minutes. Also I recall when I got the car a couple of years back, that if I had to drop off the car, you'd get a loaner. No loaner was available, of course. So much for that advantage.
