"Rallye Service" This dealership is very organized from making an appointment. You are greeted timely. My only concern was with the loaner first offered. When you drive a BMW you don't want or deserve to drive a rental from Enterprise. When I said this the gentleman corrected it promptly

"Reliable" Consistently professional service dept. Scheduling is easy, having a loaner ready at all times, finishing in a promised time frame, done correctly the first time, never had a problem they couldn't fix.
