"Excellent customer service" I would highly recommend Rallye's service department. Especially Carol's personal attention for the customer. She was prompt in getting an efficient quote and getting the job done in the promised time. Since I had a bodywork request it was critical to supervise the quality of work done. Carol Muniz was a great help. I would say this is the best BMW dealership in Long Island.
"Smoothest car-buying experience I've ever had" I've been out of the car-buying world for over ten years, so when my wife and I sat down to sign the papers, we were prepared for a complicated and a drawn-out process. Not the case here AT ALL. From the moment we stepped into the dealership (and considering all of the necessary COVID restrictions) until the moment we drove out with our new car, we felt comfortable and at-ease. I would absolutely buy another car here again.

"Very positive" My Sales associate David Yavel has been off the charts fantastic. He has great follow up and customer care. Any issue I have including need of service he is on top of it. Carol in service is always polite and very helpful

"I brought in my 3 week old car to have the phone charger..." I brought in my 3 week old car to have the phone charger fixed. It was them noticed that the BMW emblem on one of the tires was gone. I was not pleased that a new car already had problems. But they were fixed by the service department.
