"Always on track" Ms. Carol Clark Muniz always gives an outstanding service. She is very knowledgeable in her field and treats clients pleasantly, making the customer feel confident of her response to the needs of service. I brought my car for the yearly inspection. Filters were replaced and one tire was found punctured with nail. Since BMW didn’t have the same type of tire, she made the effort of searching for it else where and ordered it. That was very helpful!

"Great Service as usual" This was the first time I used pickup and drop off service and it went flawlessly. Invoice was presented in an email with a description of what was done, including an email from the SA prior to that highlighting what needed to be done, and what could wait. Then it was simple to pay online. Then the vehicle was delivered back without any issues. Thank you Carol!
