"My experience" vito was great. Friendly and easy to work with. Took my call right away and had me at the dealership in 20 minutes and closed the deal. Called me back when he said he would. Picked me up from a Volvo dealer after giving back my car. Took care of all my insurance work, and called my insurance broker when she was not responsive over email. He had us in a car within 24 hours! all transactions should be this easy.

"As professional as it can get" From the AM drop off, to the analysis as to why I brought my car in, to the conversation w/my service mgr and the technical specialist called in, to the beautiful (and clean) loaner, and finally to the call that the car is ready, and the efficiency of the pickup that afternoon, there is nothing Rallye could have done better.

"Scheduled oil change, and brake fluid. Check engine light on" One of the main reasons I use Rallye for my car is their service team, This is my 5th 7 series coming up and I have always found them professional in service and getting it right the first time. Only wish would be slightly quicker turn around, but they always provide a quality loaner, so its not too rough, just timing issues.
