"Service Review" Excellent service center. Facility is clean, staff is courteous and professional. Chy is great. The only complaint I have--and it has occurred twice in a row--is that when I pick up my car after service, the wait time is excessive (up to 30 minutes). The car should be prepped, cleaned, washed, etc. and ready to go when I am called to pick it up. I'm fine waiting for a few minutes, but it's always more than 20... Thanks, Mike
