"Service took a bit longer than expected, but we were..." Service took a bit longer than expected, but we were informed that the car wasn’t ready. The front tow hitch cover came off while the car was washed, but I returned the next day & it wash found in the carwash. Overall, the entire service team were clearly thoughtful & professional.
