Robert was able to successfully address all of our needs remotely over phone and email. Additionally, Bobby Channan in the finance department made our pickup process extremely fast and seamless. There was no attempt to upsell us at the closing table on various add-ons, which often happens at dealerships. I highly recommend this BMW dealership for all of your BMW needs.
