"slow and seemingly overwhelmed " slow and seemingly overwhelmed but everyone was nice and professional -- spent over two hours there when I was told 60-90 minutes -- very little had to be done to the car, so that was surprising

"My Experience at Rallye BMW" Bobby Channan, in my opinion deserves 6 STARS not five. Bobby was very patient with me and extremely professional . He listened attentively to ever concern that I had and perhaps most important FOLLOW UP WITH UPDATES.Bobby held my hand throughout the whole process including a brief introduction to the new vehicle decreasing some of my anxiety.
