"Price, Service and Effieciency - Perfect. " Gabe walked me through the current deals and was honest that some of the promotions weren't going to expire soon. I returned and he knocked out my order, gave me a great price and when I came in for pickup, I was there for about 45 minutes with my car ready to roll. Just go to Rallye and be done with it.

"A pleasure as always" I brought my car in for a computer system recall, and a problem with squeaky breaks they had it ready within a few hours. Unfortunately the breaks were still squeaking, but they were able to get me back in for another appointment. Terence from the week prior greeted me and apologized for the issue returning. Im sure they see many people in a day, and it was nice not to have to reiterate the issue to a new agent. "exceptional service" When you drive in your name appears on a big screen so you know you've been logged in as arriving. Courteous and professional staff get you checked in quickly and they give you service updates. The dealership is very clean. The waiting lounge is comfortable and the bistro offers quite a selection. Best BMW dealership I have dealt with. I could've had my car serviced at a dealership in my town but prefer taking the drive to this dealership.
