"Needs improvement " The service needs improvement. I came in for service and the service wasn't 100% completed. BMW of Rallye forgot to change the windshield wipers which was part of the maintenance. Also, their instructions on a certain matter were not accurate and incomplete. I had to return to another BMW dealer to get this all resolved and competed.
