"Always a pleasure" Not that I like spending money on car repairs, but it is always a pleasure to call my CSR Frank Trotta and have him set up an appointment, arrange a loaner car when needed, and get follow ups with pricing and progress so there are no surprises.

"Service with a Smile" Easy to set-up an appointment, friendly, respectful staff. Vehicle repaired earlier than I expected. Service Advisor kept me informed with the progress of the work being done to my car, which I really appreciated.

"excellent service" Rallye BMW provides the best service I have ever had. Better than Lexus, Audi and Mercedes. Brake fluid flush, oil change and air filter replacement in an hour. Thanks!

"A great Service Visit" I checked in & was given my loaner car in a few minutes! I was told upfront that due to rain storms over the past few days they may need to keep my car over night & would I mind. SInce I had a loaner available to me I did not care. I did appreciate their upfront acknowledgement of possible service delays. After a couple of hours, I received a call that my car was ready! "Professional and as promised" Overall experience has been excellent. Larry has been friendly, patient, and professional from start to finish. The team as well as dealership presentation is very good. The only small point and suggestion is to improve coordination between different service points, e.g. car reception, service desk, mechanic, dealer/seller, etc., as sometimes waiting times appeared unnecessary and long or reps didn't know where to send me or sent me to wrong location.
