"PICKING UP MY NEW CAR" Service was good and Gerorge Kanes was good as usual. The so called BMW expert was in my opinion no expert, I knew more about the vehicle than he did. He couldn't figure out some things and when we were done I went back in to ask a question and he was gone for the evening. I understand that it as 6:00 but then don't schedule a pick up if there wont be sufficient time to go over the new vehicle in detail.
