"My 2018 X3 M40i" Darren Thomsen is pleasant to deal with. He tried to be accommodating with my wishes/demands. He did not pressure me in order for him to make the sale, I like that. He was honest with me and gave me sound advice and so I bought my new X3 with Rallye.

"Fast and excellent service" With the repairs and maintenance performed on my 2004 X3, my wait was not unpleasant at all. Jonathan did a good job explaining what was needed for the upkeep of my old car, all the suggested repair and maintenance were followed.

"Excellent Service" I had an appointment at 11:30,However I went one hour earlier then my time. They took the car right a way for the service. Carol Clark Muniz, was my service advisor, she is an amazing advisor. she explained every single details for my car service. I must say when it come to car, I have no idea about the mechanical part, I just know how to turn it on and off, but Ms. Carol is a great teacher, she has the easy way to explain to me how everything work. "Excellent Service " Despite being fully booked the service center allowed me to come in for service if I was willing to wait until service was completed rather than dropping off my car. This is a great idea especially for customers who are unable to plan ahead or suddenly had some free time. I had oil service and a free multipoint inspection performed and everything was completed in about an hour, as promised, and a great price. "Great Sales & Service Experiences!!" I recently leased a BMW 5 Series from Rallye. On my way to work, there was an error message. I called Rallye and they said come right in and we will take care of you. Upon arrival, I was treated like a VIP. They gave me a brand new 5 Series loaner car with a full tank and asked that I return it with 1/2 a tank. I was on my way in no time and wasn't even late for work. My car needed a software update. Rallye also checked the whole car over, topped off all the fluids and gave it a carwash.

"100% Satisfied " Always a pleasure at Rallye the team is always on point clean and efficient facility, from the greeter to the service team they always leave me with a smile of satisfaction on my face, a warmth in my heart that fact that I feel important when I leave with all my issues resolved is the best feeling !!!!
