"My Experience with Rallye " No one really wants to bring their car in for service, but it is necessary at times. Fortunately, my service manager always makes it a pleasant experience by greeting me with a warm smile and a handshake. He also tries to keep me in the loop as to what is needed and explains everything.

"I was there for recall No 18V-374 for Hands-Off feature " James Delvacchio took the car in, asked me what needed to be done, I gave him the recall letter from BMW. He promised he would fix it and have the tech test it. I was given the Loaner car. Next day I came in and the car was fixed. James explained what was done and how to ntice the warning when car steers from the lane. Above all, James was courteous and attentive. Thank you James
