"Always on top of the job at hand!" My car was experiencing some crazy electrical issues. Unfortunately, my car ended up being laid up in service for three weeks. As frustrated as the team at Rallye and I were, they kept on it with BMW Corp. and finally remedied all the issues. I was happy to get my car back!
