Came in for the 1 yr/10k service on the 2018 430i. Setting up an appointment and service was quick and easy as expected for what is really just an oil change. They were attentive to my request of not having the car washed which I appreciate. Unfortunately I was denied a wiper blade replacement despite having purchased the extended maintenance warranty. Will have to follow up to see if this could be resolved. However the immediate feeling I got from the tone of the service advisor was along the lines of "we won't go above and... read more
Dennis my service advisor is the best guy I ever met. He is very professional and take utmost care of my car. He address the actual problem and comes with perfect solutions. He posses very good knowledge of the vehicle and is Highly recommended.

Outstanding. I called on short notice, Saturday mid morning. Kerry gladly assisted me, and arranged a 1:30 pm appt Adam assisted me & told me, it would 90 minutes or so, for the service, as it was a busy Saturday. I was pleasantly surprised, when he called me and said my vehicle was ready ( 69 min wait ). The service was prompt & courteous. And quicker than the 90 min estimate. Thank you Kerry & Adam. Erick C

Thanks to Chris Blanco my car was done right thank you very much. But John Kunar is horrible the body shop is the worse I ever dealt with.
