The service advisor (Adam) was very courteous and provided timely updates on the progress of the subject repairs. The service department at Rallye BMW is top notch.

Good buying experience. No need to negotiate for price. Gave the built number to sales. Sales just gave a very good price. Did not feel any pressure forced to buy the vehicle. When I decided, within half hours, the deal was made and paper work was done. No "ask manager" game playing during the buying process. Four weeks, the factory ordered car was ready to pickup. Will definitely recommend Rallyey BMW.
My salesman, Joel Sorbin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He is a pleasure to work with. The whole experience was easy and everyone in the service department, especially Adam Romano were so professional.
