I have dealt with several BMW dealers in the past 40 years. Darren Thomsen was by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He was very patient and did not pressure me. Rich DeAngelo is a gentleman who will overlook the whole process either it's your first bmw, or your 3rd. I've purchased my last 3 cars from him. The family feeling, and the personalized touch Robert and rallye provide cannot be beat. 5 stars always. I guarantee Robert will treat you like family from start to finish.
I have worked with Rich DeAngelo over 12 years and find him exceedingly knowledgeable in autos in general and BMWs in particular. He can cite particulars for any model and is a great asset to the Rallye organization. I expect to purchase '17 5 series from him when they become available. In addition to his sales competence, he a personable and compassionate individual. I have recommended friends and associates to him and will continue to do so.
Robert went above and beyond in achieving what we were looking for. At first, we planned on heading to the Infinity dealer afterwards but after speaking with Robert and test driving the cars, we were glad we made the right decision.
From start to finish, Larry took care of everthing beautifully. No waiting and I got my new car right away. Definitely recommend him to anybody I know.
