Frank Trotta from the service department is great! Always professional quick and fast to get you in and out. Will work with you to get you the best service. I have been coming to Ralley bmw for a couple years and was never disappointed. I arrived at 7 am frank sat with me asked me what my car needed wrote everything down stood with me until another employee came over to provide me with a loaner I was in and out within 15 minutes and made it to work on time! Service is always great here!!

Everything was what I expected, from the car itself, price, most of all the wonderful treatment I received from a very honest and knowledgeable Sales person who became vital on our decision to purchase the car.
