This is my second lease with RALLYEE. I cannot say enough super nice things about the sales and service dept. I love the service dep and my advisor Frank Trotta goes above and beyond.
This was my first BMW and Hasan made it a great experience. He was excellent and very committed from day one. He patiently responded to my questions/ emails and provided all information I needed very promptly. He took care of everything. I'm very glad he was my Sales/Client Advisor.
Of all of the different dealerships I have been to, this was by far the most pleasant experience I have had when purchasing a car. The whole process was quick and efficient. Hasan made my life very easy by explaining everything from start to finish. He was very honest and did not waste any time. He always responded quickly to our phone calls and emails. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to meet with him if they are interested in purchasing a BMW.
