called monday morning at 630 am told them i had a problem with a tire she put me on hold for a minute came back said bring it right in . got there at 7am saw frank Trotta spoke to me put me in a loaner and said will take care of your car and would speak to me soon. By 11 o'clock got a call my car was ready. from the minute i pulled into service department everybody was friendly and courtesy would only have rallye bmw service my car.
This was my second lease from Rallye. This experience was even more streamlined than the first, thanks to Mitch Messling. He once again put together a great deal on the exact car I wanted. My car was ready and in pristine condition for pick-up not only on the specified day but at the specified time. paperwork was in order. I will be hard pressed to deal with someone else. I can without reservation, recommend Mitch from Rallye.
I visited a few BMW locations and was not impressed as I was with Rallye BMW. After my first visit , I wanted to return to Rallye BMW to buy my car.
