Great Place! I walked into this dealership as a last resort. I had previously dealt with another dealer in upstate New York. The experience has left me completely turned off to BMW, I almost purchased a Volvo. As a last resort I drove to Rallye just to see what they had in stock. Pierre is a great salesman and knows what he is talking about. He is polite and friendly to his customers. Anytime I had a question he was quick to return calls and helped in any way possible. He even checked up on me after picking up the car to make sure everything was good. You can tell he cares about his customers. I would definitely recommend him to someone else. From the minute I stepped foot into the dealership, I could tell this would be different than my previous car buying experiences. On Saturday afternoon/evening Bob Wachsman thought that after the test drive and 3 hours of discussing BMW models and features that he had sold me the perfect car based on what I walked in and asked for (M235i Xdrive). Sunday Rallye was closed, which gave me time to ponder on my decision, discuss it with my family, and by Monday morning I was back at Rallye to test drive the two M Series models.
